LG TONE ULTRA SCORM MODULE
While at Sigma group I was ask to work alongside the marketing and product teams as the UI/UX designer. In this role, I worked together with product teams to establish a list of key product features that retailers must know about the chosen LG accessory. I then worked with our in-house copywriters to create a series of multiple choice and true or false questions that must be answered. The Scorm module existed as an internal training module on the corporate LG website.
USER JOURNEY
Once the user journey was approved by the product team, I then proceeded to communicate all necessary assets to the marketing department. This entailed requesting specific images to be created at LG photoshoots and/or retouching product photography myself. I worked within the LG brand guidelines to create a module that was streamlined into the LG ecosystem.
On approval of designs, I worked with a remote developer to pass all assets and maintained communication throughout the entire development process. I was also tasked with designing the email and sell sheet that would be sent out to all device distributors.
